If it doesn&#8217;t, install Java: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.java.com\/en\/download\/manual.jsp\">http:\/\/www.java.com\/en\/download\/manual.jsp<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Under <em>Start &gt; Programs &gt; eFORMz 11 &gt; Windows Services<\/em>, select either <strong>Service Manager &#8211; Create<\/strong> or <strong>Service Manager (64-bit) &#8211; Create<\/strong>.
