Troubleshooting: Windows Error 1068

Problem: You tried starting or restarting the eFORMz service, and received the following message: “Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.”

Solution: The eFORMz service cannot start until dependent services are started. Open the Services window, find the eFORMz Service Manager, open the Properties window, and click on the Dependencies tab. The services listed there must start before the eFORMz service.
